EGG CASSEROLE 
2 cups plain croutons
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup ham, cubed
6 eggs
3/4 tsp. prepared mustard
3 cups milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. onion powder
Dash pepper

Combine in 13x9x2 baking dish, croutons, cheese, and ham. Beat together the eggs and mustard. Add in the milk, salt, onion powder, and pepper; mix well. Pour over crouton mixture.

Bake at 325°F until eggs are set, about 55-60 minutes. Test by inserting knife in center (should come out clean). Note: Can be mixed ahead and held in the refrigerator until ready to bake. You can also substitute 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled, for the ham. Or use 1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled.
