BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Betty Crocker hash browns with onion
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. milk
1 c. finely chopped ham
1/2 c. green onions (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
5 beaten eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 6.
