1 1/2 lb. coating chocolate
1 lb. peanut butter
1 lb. box Ritz crakers

Spread peanut butter on a Ritz and top with another cracker to make a sandwich. Melt coating chocolate in microwave (about 10 minutes) or over hot water in top of double boiler until chocolate is dipping consistency. Dip each cracker sandwich in melted chocolate until well coated. Place on waxed covered baking sheet to harden. Then store in airtight container.
