ANDEE'S DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE
TRUFFLES
 
These truffles are great for parties!

TRUFFLE BATTER:

3 cups Cool Whip
1 cup chocolate chips, melted

SUGGESTED TOPPINGS:

chopped nuts
sprinkles or jimmies
colored sugars
confectioners' sugar
jelly
or anything you can coat truffles in

Gradually fold melted chocolate chips into Cool Whip until the mixture is an even brown color. Let this chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

While the truffle batter is chilling, prepare your toppings by setting them out in separate small bowls.

When your truffle batter has chilled, Take it out of the refrigerator, and start shaping it into 1-inch balls. Set these out on a sheet of waxed paper.

Tip: When shaping the truffles, you might want to wear disposable gloves.

When the truffles have all been shaped, roll them in your choice toppings, coating each one evenly. Then set them out on a nice plate and enjoy!
