HAM CURRY BAKE 
1/2 c. brown rice
1/2 c. wild rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
2 c. cubed ham
1 c. cubed cheddar cheese
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. prepared mustard

Simmer rice in 3 cups salted water 45 minutes or until all liquid is gone. Cook broccoli per package directions. Cube ham. Cube cheese. Spread cooked rice in bottom of 9"x13" buttered cake pan. Top rice with broccoli, ham, mushrooms and cheese (one layer of each). Blend together soup, mayonnaise, curry powder and mustard. Pour blended mixture over top of broccoli, ham, etc. and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
