CHEESY BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
1 sm. can ham, chicken or turkey flaked
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli until barely tender. Drain well. Stir soup and sour cream together. Add remaining ingredients to soup and sour cream mixture (except bread crumbs). Sprinkle the bread crumbs on top and bake 30 to 35 minutes in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
