INDIAN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can white hominy, drained
1 (16 oz.) can golden cream style corn
2 tbsp. butter
4 1/4 inch thick slices of bread, trimmed & crumbled

Butter a shallow quart baking dish, combine the corn and the hominy and pour into baking dish. Melt the butter and remove from heat and stir in bread crumbs. Sprinkle over hominy and corn mixture. Bake 30 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven. If necessary, broil briefly to brown crumbs.
