PORK CHOP & POTATO BAKE 
6 pork chops, browned & seasoned with seasoned salt
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Mix together, then stir in 1 package frozen hash browns, thawed, 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup Durkee French fried onions. Spoon into 9 x 13 pan. Put on pork chops. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup French fried onions, bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
