BAKED POTATO & PORK CHOP
CASSEROLE
 
1/4 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
6 pork chops
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar
4 c. sliced potato
Salt & pepper (opt.)

Sour milk in medium bowl by adding lemon juice or vinegar, add water and soup to make sauce. Brown chops in skillet.

In 9"x13" casserole dish put potatoes, pour sauce over potatoes. Put chops on top. Turn chops 1/2 way through baking time. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.
