BERYL FLORY'S APPLE BUTTER 
14 c. apple pulp
1 c. vinegar
10 c. sugar

Cook apples with skins on and put through sieve. Add sugar and vinegar; cook in 325 degree oven for about 3 hours (or until it darkens). Then add 1 tablespoon cinnamon and stir well.

Pour into jars while hot and seal - or chill and freeze leaving 1 inch air space.
