MRS. B.'S HONEY BUNCHES 
3 c. quick cooking rolled oats
2 c. flaked coconut
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. unsalted butter
1/3 c. honey

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, coconut and flour. In a heavy saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over the dry ingredients; blend well.

Drop dough by teaspoonfuls into greased muffin cups or foil baking cups placed on a cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes, or until well browned. Cool in pans. Makes 4 dozen cookies.

Mrs. Bush's tip: If desired, substitute 1 cup chopped walnuts and 1 cup flaked coconut for the 2 cups coconut.
