NO SUGAR, NO HONEY MUFFINS 
1 apple, peeled and cored
9 pitted prunes
9 pitted dates
2 sm. bananas
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. dry milk powder
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. unsweetened, shredded coconut

Blend the apple, prunes and dates. Add bananas, eggs, butter, vanilla, salt and juice and blend. In a bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients. Pour blender mixture over dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes 2 dozen muffins.
