FANNIE MAY CAKE 
CAKE:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
16 oz. can Hershey syrup
1 c. + 1 tsp. flour

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, vanilla, syrup and flour. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

1ST TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. mint extract (or 1/8 tsp. mint oil)
Few drops of green food coloring

Beat butter, sugar and milk. Add mint flavoring and coloring and spread over cooled cake and refrigerate.

2ND TOPPING:

1 c. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

Melt chocolate chips and butter together. Stir and pour over first topping and refrigerate. This cake is best made a day before serving, but not necessary.
