FANNIE MAY FUDGE | |
1/2 c. butter 3 2/3 c. white sugar 1 1/8 c. brown sugar 13 oz. Hershey milk chocolate bar "A" 2 oz. sq. unsweetened chocolate "B" 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips "C" 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk 32 lg. marshmallows 1/2 to 2 c. chopped nuts Combine butter, sugars and milk in large pan. Stir a few times until it boils. Cover and let boil 5 minutes without stirring (over low heat). Remove from heat; add marshmallows and stir until dissolved. Add chocolate A, B, C, one at a time; dissolve each (may have to keep pan warm in warm water). Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into lightly greased 10 x 15 inch jelly roll size pan. Chill before cutting. |
