FANNIE MAY FUDGE 
1/2 c. butter
3 2/3 c. sugar
1 1/8 c. brown sugar
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
32 lg. marshmallows
1 (13 oz.) Hershey milk chocolate bar
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped

Combine butter, sugar and milk in large pan. Cook over medium heat. Stir until dissolved, stir often until it boils. Cover and boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir, adding the marshmallows. Stir until dissolved, add chocolate, one at a time and stir until dissolved. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into 10 x 15 inch pan.
