BAKED CHICKEN BREAST 
4 to 6 chicken breasts, deboned & skinned
2/3 c. buttermilk
1 c. flour
2 to 3 tsp. paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Mix flour, seasonings and pecans. Dip chicken in buttermilk and roll in flour mixture. Place in 9 x 13 inch buttered pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
