BLACKENED CHICKEN BREASTS 
1 1/2 lbs. skinless, boneless, chicken breast
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves

SPICE MIX:

2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. galric powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Coat each piece of chicken with spice mix. The mixture is hot and spicy, so adjust amount for taste of each person. Using pastry brush, baste each piece of chicken with melted butter. Grill chicken, basting with butter after turning once. Grill about 10 minutes. NOTE: Spice mix good on fish fillets also.
