BAKED BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS 
7-8 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. cooking sherry
Paprika to taste

Mix sour cream, soup, and sherry. Place in casserole dish and pour mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Serve over rice.

We tried this tonight and loved it. We served it with rice and baby peas, turned out to be a great combination. One thing I did change was the cooking time. I baked it at 350°F for 1 hour.

Using an internal thermometer, I found this can be done in 40 minutes at 425°F, turns out great.

So yummy. It's the 1-minute chicken paprikash. You can use cream of anything, and it's delish all the time. I've even used cream of asparagus when I couldn't find chicken or mushroom. Normally, I don't love chicken...but I love chicken done this way. The sherry is a brilliant addition.
