CAESAR SALAD 
1/2 c. Mazola oil
3 cloves garlic, slivered
1/2 loaf bread
1 head Romaine lettuce

DRESSING:

1/2 c. Mazola oil
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper
Lots Parmesan cheese, (shredded fresh is best)

Soak slivered garlic cloves in 1/2 cup Mazola oil for 12 hours. Wash dry and tear lettuce into large pieces. Cube and toast bread (croutons). Pour garlic oil over croutons and stir. Discard slivered garlic cloves. Add ingredients for dressing to jar and shake well.

Add croutons, dressing and Parmesan cheese to lettuce. Toss and serve immediately.
