MEXICAN CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
1 lg. bag Doritos, plain
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 stick butter, 1/2 c.
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 c. grated cheese
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. bell pepper, chopped

Boil chicken and debone. Melt butter in casserole dish. Crush Doritos and put half in bottom of dish. Break up chicken and put over Doritos. Mix all other ingredients together, reserving half the cheese and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Put on rest of cheese and rest of Doritos. Bake until cheese melts and Doritos brown.
