MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 deboned chicken, boiled until tender
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 can water
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 tsp. soy sauce
Doritos

Do not dilute soups. Butter a 9"x12" dish. Mix together all ingredients except Doritos. Pour in baking dish, top with Doritos. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
