MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 pkg. Doritos
4 chicken breasts, boiled or 1 1/2 lbs. of browned ground beef can be used
instead of the chicken

Line a greased casserole dish with Doritos. Then put a layer of chicken, cover chicken with a sauce made from heating the soups and Rotel tomatoes, then cover sauce with grated cheese. Make as many layers as your dish will allow, ending with cheese on top. Bake in a 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly.
