CHEESE CASSEROLE JUMBO SHELLS
WITH CHEESE STUFFING
 
1 box Jumbo shells
3 c. cottage cheese
12 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chopped parsley
3/4 tsp. oregano
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. pizza sauce

Cook shells about 20 minutes. Drain and dry in a single layer on paper towels. Combine cheeses with beaten eggs, salt, parsley, oregano and pepper.

Fill the shells with 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture. Spread thin layer of sauce in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Place shells in single layer and cover with some of the sauce. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes until hot and bubbly. Heat remaining sauce and serve with shells.
