ITALIAN SHELLS CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 (approx. 28-32 oz.) jar Ragu sauce 1 lb. shell macaroni 1/2 pt. sour cream 8 oz. shredded Provolone cheese 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Cook shells. Brown ground beef; add salt and pepper. Stir in Ragu and simmer 20 minutes. Layer in 9" x 13" pan 1/2 of shells, 1/2 of meat sauce, 1/2 of sour cream, 1/2 of both cheeses. Repeat. Cover pan; bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes. |
