PASTRY WRAPPED CHEESE | |
1 sm. Gouda or Edam cheese 1/4 c. Dijon or honey mustard 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls Peel red covering from cheese. Remove rolls from package. Unroll and press to remove any marks. Place cheese in center of dough. Cover cheese with mustard. Wrap dough around cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve hot with fruit as a garnish. HONEY MUSTARD: 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup Mix both until smooth. |
