SUMMER PEACHES IN PASTRY | |
4 ripe peaches Double crust pie pastry rolled out SAUCE: 5 tbsp. honey 1 stick butter 1 c. powdered sugar 3 tbsp. half and half Wrap each peach in pie pastry completely. Bake wrapped peaches for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. SAUCE: Heat together all ingredients. Do not boil. Pour over warm peaches. Sauce may be made ahead of time and warmed again. |
