PEACH CRISP 
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. old fashioned rolled oats
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
4 peaches (about 1 1/2 lbs.)

Butter a microwave-safe baking dish. Combine flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cut in butter. Peel and slice peaches and toss them through lemon juice. Place in baking dish. Top with flour mixture. Cook on high for 10 minutes. Rotate dish after 5 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
