PEACH CRISP 
1/2 c. butter, softened
6 c. sliced peaches
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. rolled oats
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Spread 2 tablespoons butter in the bottom of a shallow baking dish, arrange peaches in dish in an even layer. Combine brown sugar, flour, oats and cinnamon and nutmeg. Blend in remaining butter with a fork until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle mixture evenly over peaches; press lightly with back of fork to cover entire top. Bake in 375 degree oven until fruit is tender, about 30 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream.
