OPEN FACE PEACH PIE 
1 recipe NO ROLL PIE CRUST
Sliced peaches, fresh
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 tbsp. cream or 1/2 & 1/2
Cinnamon

Fill unbaked pie shell with sliced peaches. Mix flour, sugar and eggs. Pour over peaches. Pour 3 tablespoons of cream over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until custard is set. This pie freezes well. If using a deep dish, use 1 1/2 the custard part. Use the full crust recipe.
