CUCUMBER SUMMER SALAD 
Just 4 ingredients: cucumber, dill, red onion and mayonnaise.

2 Cucumbers peeled, quartered and 1/4 slices
1/4 of a red onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/3 cup mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Chill for one hour and serve.
