BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 c. cooked minute rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
1/2 stick butter
8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
1 onion
1 can Durkee onions

Cook the broccoli and set aside. Saute the onion in butter. Add water, soup, butter, and Cheez Whiz. Stir until melted. Add rice and mix. Add to the cooked broccoli and place Durkee onions on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
