BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli or 1 lg. bunch of fresh
2/3 c. evaporated milk (sm. can)
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Durkee fried onion rings

Slightly under cook broccoli and drain well. Arrange in casserole. Mix together cheese, evaporated milk and soup. Pour over broccoli. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with onion rings the last 5 minutes of baking.
