BUTTER POUND CAKE 
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

3 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter-flavored Crisco
3 c. flour (1 1/2 cake flour, 1 1/4 all-purpose)
6 eggs
2 drops yellow food coloring
1 tsp. butter flavor
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
1 tsp. vanilla, butter, nut flavor
1 c. milk

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flavoring, food coloring; fold in flour and milk alternately. Bake in bundt pan at 325 degrees 1 1/2 hours or until cake tests done.

This makes a big cake so use a big pan or make a small taster like grandmom did with some of the batter.
