BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. fresh broccoli
2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
Butter
1 can Durkee onion rings

Steam broccoli. Cut into bite size pieces. Place in greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix mayonnaise, cheese, soup and eggs together. Spread over broccoli. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with onion rings and bake another 10 minutes.
