CHICKEN LIVERS WITH SOUR CREAM 
1 lb. chicken livers, chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. water
1 med. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper

Chop chicken livers in smaller pieces. Dip in egg mixture consisting of egg, water and spices. Coat in flour.

Melt butter in fry pan. Saute onions until soft. Add floured livers. Cover, turn occasionally on medium heat. Cook for 20 minutes. remove from heat, add sour cream. Serve with cooked rice.
