CHICKEN BREASTS IN SHERRIED SOUR
CREAM
 
3 to 4 chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. dry sherry wine
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 c. mushrooms, drained
1/2 pt. sour cream

Season chicken breasts to taste, (salt, pepper, garlic, etc.) after removing all skin and fat. Arrange in oblong baking dish (9 x 13 inch pan). Blend together soup, sour cream and sherry. Pour over the chicken. Sprinkle paprika over all. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, adding drained mushrooms for at least 20 minutes. NOTE: Other chicken parts can be cooked this way! Serves 4- 6 people.
