CHICKEN BREASTS IN MUSHROOM
CREAM
 
2 whole chicken breasts, split lengthwise
1 can cream of mushroom soup

1. Wash chicken breasts and pat dry.

2. Place chicken, skin side down, in a 2 quart glass baking dish.

3. Cover with Saran Wrap. Cook in microwave oven, 8 minutes on high.

4. Remove from oven. Cover chicken with 1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup.

5. Recover and bake 6 minutes on high. 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
