SOUR CREAM CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. Ritz crackers crumbs
3 c. cooked, diced chicken breast
3/4 c. chicken broth
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
8 oz. cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine butter and cracker crumbs. Spoon 1/2 into greased 2 quart casserole. Cover with diced chicken.

Combine soup, sour cream, broth, salt, and pepper. Blend. Pour this mixture over chicken. Put the rest of the butter and crumbs mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes uncovered.
