CHICKEN BREASTS IN SHERRIED SOUR
CREAM
 
3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. dry sherry
Paprika
1 can drained mushrooms

Season chicken and arrange in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Blend soup, sour cream, and sherry. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, adding mushrooms the last 20 minutes.
