SOUR CREAM CHICKEN QUICHE 
1 1/2-2 c. cubed chicken
4 slices bacon
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of nutmeg
1 c. grated natural Swiss cheese
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. sour cream
2 9" frozen pie shells

Fry bacon until crisp. Pour off all but 1/4 cup grease. Over medium heat, in grease, saute chicken, onion and green pepper for about 15 minutes. Drain and spread sauteed ingredients in each pie shell with the cheeses.

Mix eggs, milk and sour cream. Pour over ingredients. Sprinkle bacon. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30- 40 minutes more until puffy and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 12.
