OVEN FRIED CHICKEN WITH SOUR
CREAM
 
1/2 to 1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 clove garlic, crushed
6 chicken breasts (or one 2 1/2 lb. fryer, cut in serving pieces)
1 to 1 1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine sour cream, lemon juice, and seasonings. Dip chicken first in this mixture, then in cracker crumbs. Arrange pieces in buttered, flat baking pan, then drizzle butter over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes (less for boned breasts) or until golden brown.
