OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut up
1 c. sour cream
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. dry bread or cracker crumbs

Mix together the sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Marinate chicken pieces in this mixture several hours or overnight. Cover each piece with bread or cracker crumbs. Grease a large baking pan and arrange chicken in single layer over the bottom. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until chicken is tender when tested with a fork and surface is crusty brown. Serves 6 to 8.
