OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN 
1 c. corn flake crumbs
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 tsp. ground thyme
6 chicken breast halves, skinned
1/4 tsp. red pepper

Combine first 5 ingredients in plastic bag. Shake to mix well. Brush both sides of chicken with buttermilk. Place in bag of crumbs and shake to coat. Place chicken on broiler pan which has been sprayed with vegetable spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Yield: 6 servings.
