CRISP OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1 1/2 oz. corn flakes, crumbled
1 tsp. oregano (optional)
Dash salt, pepper, garlic powder
12 oz. skinned & boned chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch wide strips

Combine corn flakes and seasonings. Dip chicken strips in water and then in crumb mixture, pressing the crumbs to make sure they stick.

Spray cookie sheet, non-stick, with non-stick cooking spray.

Use all of the crumb mixture, sprinkling any remaining evenly over chicken.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Makes 2 servings - 280 calories per serving.
