NANTUCKET CRANBERRY PIE | |
2 c. fresh cranberries 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. all-purpose flour 3/4 c. melted butter 1 tbsp. almond extract 1 c. sugar 2 eggs, slightly beaten Place cranberries, walnuts and 1/2 cup sugar in bottom of deep dish pie plate (spray with Pam). Mix rest of ingredients and pour over cranberries. Bake 325 degrees (35-40 minutes). Serve warm if desired, with vanilla ice cream. |
