CORN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. yellow rice
1 stick butter
1 can Green Giant Mexi-Corn
1 can cream of chicken soup
Grated cheddar cheese

Cook rice as directed on package. In casserole dish allow butter to melt with cooked rice. Mix corn and soup in. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly (about 15 to 20 minutes). Serves about 8 to 10.
