CORN CHEESE DIP 
3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. onion salt
12/2 tsp. salt
1 onion, finely chopped
1 (12 oz.) can Mexi-Corn style corn, drained

Mash cheese at room temperature and mix well with other ingredients. Add corn last. (Grate cheese before mashing.)
