AVOCADO SOUP | |
1 large avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced 1 1/2 c. chicken broth 1 clove garlic 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce or hot pepper flakes 1 c. cracked ice 1/2 c. cream or milk Into a blender put the sliced avocado, chicken broth, garlic and Tabasco sauce. Cover and blend on high speed for 15 seconds.
