1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes 1 lb. ground beef 1 sm. onion 2 (15 oz.) cans mixed vegetables 1 bouillon cube 1 (15 oz.) can water Brown ground beef in large pot. Chop 1/2 onion with ground beef. Drain cut tomatoes into quarters. Pour in pot with ground beef. Chop remaining onion, add to pot at medium heat. Add both cans vegetables and bouillon cube with 1 can water. Heat to slow boil. Simmer 20 minutes covered. |
