GINGER SNAPS (Cholesterol Free) | |
1/2 c. salad oil 1 c. brown sugar 2 egg whites 4 tbsp. molasses 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ginger 2 c. flour Cream oil and sugar. Add the egg whites and molasses. Mix well. Sift dry ingredients together. Add and mix. Chill thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonful onto sugar to coat. Place on cookie sheet which has been sprayed with cooking spray such as Pam. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. |
